This product poses minimal hazard to humans and the environment when used for placing concrete in a typical site or plant casting operation. SAFETY: These materials are non-toxic (OSHA CFR 29). OSHA, EPA and DOT define these materials as nonflammable, but are corrosive to skin and other body tissues.

ROUTE(S) OF EXPOSURE AND HEALTH EFFECTS

EYE CONTACT:	`Contact with the eye may cause severe burns.`
SKIN CONTACT:	`Prolonged or repeated exposure may cause irritation and burns.`
INHALATION:	`Exposure to spray mists can cause damage to upper respiratory tract and mucous membranes.`
INGESTION:	`Ingestion of this product may cause burns of mucous membranes, mouth, throat, esophagus, and stomach.`
CARCINOGENIC:	`No ingredient in this product is listed as carcinogenic by IARC, NTP or OSHA.`

FIRST AID PROCEDURES

EYE CONTACT:	`Immediately flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes, then seek medical assistance.`
SKIN CONTACT:	`Wash area of contact with water for 15 minutes. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Upon prolonged exposure this product may cause burns which require medical attention.`
INHALATION:	`Remove person from contaminated area to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration and obtain medical assistance immediately.`
INGESTION:	`DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Drink 2-3 glasses of water or milk and obtain medical assistance. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If vomiting occurs spontaneously, keep airway clear and seek medical assistance.`

FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES AND EXTINGUISHING MEDIA

This product is not combustible. Water spray, foam, carbon dioxide, or dry chemical may be used in areas where this product is stored. Protective clothing and pressure-demand, self-contained breathing apparatus should be worn by all firefighters in areas where this product is stored. Plan fire protection and response strategy through consultation with local fire protection authorities or appropriate specialists.

UNUSUAL FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD

Although this product is non-combustible, as with lime, its reaction with aluminum forms produces small amounts of flammable gas. Use with adequate ventilation.

PROTECTION INFORMATION

EYES: If eye contact is possible wear splash goggles. SKIN: Rubber gloves, chemical resistant boots and apron should be worn. RESPIRATORY: No protection needed under normal conditions. Avoid breathing of spray mists which may irritate or damage upper respiratory tract.
