This copy of the "National Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standards for Architectural Coatings" differs only slightly from the original.  To make it easier to read I broke it into 3 sections, each downloadable from the Internet.  A few words have been cut out of the original text…though not enough to change the meaning.  Certain sections were bolded and italicized for the benefit of concrete, contractors, precasters, prestressors, other users, and distributors.  Some very long paragraphs were broken into two or three parts.   Otherwise, this is the same long (boring) text as the original.

The original text contains two copies of Table 1, which is the table containing the VOC limits.  I edited these tables to include the more restrictive VOC limits in effect in California and to include the VOCs on products produced by Cresset Chemical Company.

The original, written by the government, does not contain an index.  If someone wishes to index this we will publish it.
