5. APPLICATION
Preparatory Work:
Form surfaces should be clean, dry and free from contaminants.

Blending: Mix Super-Strip 600 Concentrate in the following proportion: One gallon concentrate to ten gallons diesel fuel oil. For example: One five gallon pail of Super-Strip 600 Concentrate makes a total of 55 gallons of release agent. MIX WELL.

Note: Use any of these oils to to dilute Super-Strip 600 Concentrate: a) #2 fuel oil, b) #1 fuel oil, c) kerosene, d) diesel fuel, or e) mineral spirits.

Method: Spray, roll, brush or wipe the release agent on the form. APPLY IN A THIN FILM. Wipe off any excess release agent that may have accumulated in the lower sections or indentations of the form. Too much release agent may cause small surface holes, discoloration, soft spots, concrete build-up, or increased difficulty in stripping.

Spraying Recommendations: Spraying pressure should be 35 psi or higher. Use flat spray tips to produce the best looking concrete. (Spraying Systems Co., Inc. flat spray tip 80015 or 8001 or equivalent, is recommended for most summer and winter applications.)

Storage: Super-Strip 600 Concentrate, in sealed containers, will keep indefinitely at temperatures from -20°F to 140°F (-30°C to 60°C). Section 1910.106 of "General Industrial Standards for Occupational Safety and Health" classifies Super-Strip 600 Concentrate as a IIIA liquid for the purpose of meeting OSHA storage requirements.
